Q: How does the ordering process work?
A: What we do is a very customized. We like to work with our
clients one on one. What we ask of you when you want to place a
new order is to contact our design department. E-mail
PersonalDesigner@YourMemoriesbd.com. Leave your name
contact numbers and an idea of what type of Service you're
interested in. A designer will get back with you. You will find this
personal service/contact will be very rewarding when you see your
finished DVD.
Q: How do I get Photos to Your Memories by
design?
A: when you contact a personal designer she will guide you
through this process. We can accept the following photo types:
Hard copies of photo graphs, negatives, digital photos, digital
photography. We can also accept anything that can be photo
graphed or scanned into a digital image. If you would like to
include invites, programs, and other memorabilia we can help
you with that. We can scan in an entire baby book and put it on
DVD.
